Yes but it's small-island nightlife — no mega-clubs, no late scene. Think barefoot beach bars, live reggae / salsa / fire-dancing shows, cocktail places by the beach, and a handful of late-night spots that stay open until 2-3 AM in high season. The scene peaks December-April and July-August.
What time does nightlife start?
Beach-club happy hour 5-7 PM. Dinner service 7-10 PM. Live music usually 9-11 PM at the beach bars. The late-night spots pick up around 10-11 PM and run until ~2 AM in high season, earlier (11 PM-12 AM) in off-season.
How much does a night out cost?
Draft beer MXN 60-90. Cocktail MXN 180-280 at a beach bar (hand-crafted mezcal / mixology drinks run MXN 250-350). Dinner mid-range MXN 400-700 pp. A full night out (dinner + 3 drinks + late bar): roughly MXN 1,200-1,800 pp. Cheaper if you stick to beer and avoid beach-club minimums.
Any dress code?

Is Holbox nightlife family-friendly?
Early evening yes — beach restaurants with live music are perfect for kids before 9-10 PM. The late-night bars (post-11 PM) are 18+ in practice if not strictly carded. Fire shows and acoustic sets at 8-9 PM are kid highlights.
Any nightclubs?
No proper clubs. One or two spots play dance music late (post-11 PM) but they're more "late bar with DJs" than "nightclub." If a proper nightclub experience is what you want, Cancún or Playa del Carmen are 3-4 hours away.
